We are hiring a Global Brand Marketing Director to define and execute global branding and growth strategies across key international markets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital marketing, product launches, and brand building.

Job Description

  • Define global brand and marketing strategy across North America, Europe, and APAC markets
  • Benchmark competitors and build differentiated brand positioning and growth approaches
  • Take integrated brand marketing, including social media, content, KOL/influencer engagement, and PR management
  • Drive full-funnel digital marketing across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube, optimizing CAC, conversion, and ROI
  • Own global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, working closely with sales and channel teams to execute localized campaigns
  • Plan and manage key initiatives such as trade shows, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
  • Build and guide international marketing teams, establishing data-driven review and optimization processes
  • Translate user insights into actionable feedback to support product iteration

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with fluent English communication skills
  • 8+ years of experience in global branding or marketing, including 5+ years in consumer electronics or smart hardware with international exposure
  • Experience in markets such as 3D printing, maker/DIY hardware, or related ecosystems is a strong advantage
  • Deep expertise in integrated marketing, influencer/KOL strategy, cross-border digital advertising, and user acquisition
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing budgets and launching high-impact products
  • Strong strategic thinking with execution capability, and ability to collaborate across functions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and open to international travel
