职责描述

1. Global Laboratory Management

· Work and integrate multi-site laboratories across Asia and global regions

· Build a scalable global lab network model：China, Southeast Asia, Europe / North America

· Ensure full alignment on: Quality standards, Operating models, technical capabilities

2. Laboratory Operations & Technical Authority

· Oversee laboratory operations across: Consumer product testing, Chemical & restricted substances testing, Electrical / electronic / safety testing

· Act as final technical escalation point

· Ensure: Accuracy of testing results, technical credibility and authority

3. Global Quality & Compliance

· Own and standardize ISO 17025 multi-site system

· Ensure compliance with: EU / US / China regulations

· Work: Accreditation strategy, Lab audit & certification

4. Business Ownership & Commercial Impact

· Take ownership of global lab business performance

· Partner with BD / Sales on: Key account strategy, Solution selling, Global RFQ

· Drive: New service lines, Revenue growth

5. Lab Setup & Capability Building

· Work: New lab setup globally

· Build new capabilities: Chemical testing, Emerging regulatory areas, High-value certification services

6. Cross-Region Management

· Manage global/regional teams across: China / SEA / US / EU

· Work in a fully international environment with global stakeholders

7. Organization & Talent Development

· Build strong lab management pipeline

· Upgrade technical and management capabilities

· Manage 100-300+ people organization

理想的求职者

A successful Global Lab GM should have:

1. Education: Bachelor or above in: Chemistry / Electronics / Materials / Engineering

2. 15-20+ years' experience in: Testing / Certification / Laboratory; prefer from 1-tier TIC companies (SGS / Intertek / BV / TÜV / UL…)

3. Experience in Asia regional team management（APAC Head / multi-country）; Lab setup; Technical and operation management

4. Deep knowledge of: ISO 17025, Lab accreditation systems, Consumer products / electronics / chemical testing

5. Experience working with: Sales / BD teams

6. Fluent English (must-have)
