The business operates at meaningful scale, serving a broad client base through a combination of direct operations and partner networks, and is now entering a new phase focused on strengthening execution, governance, and commercial effectiveness. 职责描述 Take full ownership of business performance, including P&L, forecasting, and financial discipline Lead and align a large, multi-layered organization, strengthening accountability and execution Drive business transformation initiatives, including operating model optimization and organizational effectiveness Build alignment with key internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable growth Stabilize current operations while laying the foundation for longer-term development 理想的求职者 Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent, with full P&L accountability Experience le/ading sizeable team, ideally at multi-hundred employee scale, with complex operations and significant revenue scale.
