Job Description Define and develop the integrated business unit's product, business and technology roadmaps. Guide product development across power management, analogue and mixed-signal ICs, high-voltage power ICs, sensor technologies and precision analogue signal chains. Align technology investment and portfolio priorities with developments in electrification, AI infrastructure and edge intelligence. Oversee new product introduction from initial concept through qualification and volume production. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies across automotive, industrial automation, renewable energy, consumer IoT and data centre markets. Identify new applications and adjacent growth opportunities through customer engagement, market analysis and competitive assessment. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and technology ecosystem partners. Manage revenue growth, gross margin, pricing, product mix and channel performance. Lead a globally distributed and multicultural team of engineers, product managers, marketing professionals and field application specialists. Recruit, develop and retain talent across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Take ownership of the business unit's P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenditure and inventory performance. Work closely with manufacturing, quality and supply-chain teams to support capacity, product yield and delivery requirements. Improve development processes, cost structures and business risk management. The Successful Applicant At least 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. At least 10 years of senior leadership experience, including responsibility for a P&L exceeding US$200 million. Strong technical and commercial knowledge in power management, analogue or mixed-signal ICs, sensor technologies, or a relevant combination of these areas. Experience developing and scaling a business unit or product line from strategy through commercial growth. Practical understanding of semiconductor process and packaging technologies, such as BCD, SOI, CMOS-MEMS and related packaging platforms. An established professional network within the automotive, industrial or data centre ecosystem. Demonstrated experience managing international, matrix-based teams across different cultures and time zones. Strong strategic planning, commercial decision-making, communication and negotiation capabilities. Ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders. Fluent English and Mandarin Willingness to work from a flexible global location, with Wuxi or Germany preferred.
