Commercial Excellence Strategy1. You develop and execute the commercial excellence roadmap aligned with regional and global growth strategy for G. China.2. You define frameworks for pricing governance, margin management, sales effectiveness, KPI architecture, and performance management for the commercial team3. You drive optimization of go-to-market models across direct sales, distributors, project business, OEM, and key accounts.B. Sales Effectiveness & Insights1. You own territory design, account segmentation, targeting models, pipeline governance and incentive effectiveness.2. You encourage utilization of sales tools (e.g. PBI) to drive field productivity and execution quality.3. You partner with cross regional commercial teamleaders to improve win-rates, conversion, pricing discipline and retention.C. Commercial Capability Building1. You drive capability programs on value-based selling, key account management, pricing excellence and package selling.2. You act as internal consultant to business teams on commercial innovation and practices.3. You drive continuous improvement culture across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.D. Market and Customer Insights1. You build an integrated market intelligence platform combining industry data, channel insights, customer research, sales tools and digital insights.2. You deliver high impact insights on customer segmentation, buying behaviour, application trends and market dynamics.3. You identify white-space opportunities across architectural, industrial, automotive, marine and protective coatings segments.E. Strategic and Stakeholder Engagement1. You are the strategic advisor of the G. China Team on market strategy, portfolio prioritization and growth investments.2. You partner with marketing, finance, IT, supply chain and cross regional commercial team to ensure integrated execution and implementation suitable for G. China.You build and develop a high-performance Commercial Excellence & insights organization. 理想的求职者 1. Education: Bachelor or master's degree in science, Applied Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent. 2. Experience: 12-15+ years of experience in Strategic Sales Operations or Business insights within coatings, chemicals, building materials or industrial B2B sectors.3. IT Skills: Microsoft 360, ability to use Power BI, SalesForce.com and Velocity. 4. Language Skills: English, Mandarin - writing, listening, speaking. Any other language is a plus. 5. Working arrangements: Include any expectations on hybrid working 6. Traveling required: 40% of travel required domestically, 20% of travel required overseas.7.
