Own the full fund lifecycle from launch and filing to NAV oversight. 关于我们的客户 a high-calibre investment platform 职责描述 Key External InterfacesYou will work closely with: Custodian banks Prime brokers Futures brokers Fund administrators / outsourcing service providers Auditors External legal counsel Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) Key ResponsibilitiesFund Launch & AMAC Filing Lead the end-to-end setup and filing of private securities funds through AMAC's AMBERS platform. Coordinate with legal counsel and custodians to prepare and execute fund documentation, including fund contracts, risk disclosure statements and custody agreements. Drive fund filings through to successful registration and completion. NAV Oversight & Fund Accounting Independently review and challenge valuations prepared by fund administrators and custodians. Reconcile positions and cash balances across custodians, prime brokers and futures brokers. Perform final NAV review and sign-off prior to investor reporting and publication. Trade Lifecycle Management Oversee trade allocation checks, settlement and post-trade operations. Monitor margin and collateral requirements for equity index futures, government bond futures and commodity futures. Manage corporate actions and maintain counterparty accounts and operational records. Regulatory Reporting & Investor Servicing Complete monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory filings with AMAC. Ensure timely submission of material change filings and regulatory disclosures. Coordinate annual audits with external auditors. Prepare and distribute investor statements and operational reports. 理想的求职者 Required Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant fund operations experience gained within: A private securities fund manager A mutual fund company A securities firm asset management business A custodian bank A fund administrator or outsourcing service provider Mandatory RequirementCandidates must have independently managed at least one fund from contract execution through to successful AMAC registration and filing completion.This role requires a professional who can operate independently from day one and is not designed as a training position.Technical Competencies Strong understanding of fund accounting, valuation and NAV production. Solid knowledge of private fund operational workflows and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with OMS platforms, prime brokerage systems and futures margin processes. Familiarity with AMAC reporting requirements and the AMBERS filing platform. Strong reconciliation, control and risk management skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. AMAC Fund Practitioner Qualification (Paper 1 and Paper 2) completed.
