Experience in asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio optimization is essential. Proficient in real estate market analysis, financial modeling, and investment valuation techniques. Familiarity with real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate-related financial instruments is a plus. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
