You will identify opportunities to enhance financial processes across forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and risk assessment. The role focuses heavily on strengthening analytics capabilities, improving dashboarding and reporting, and using predictive tools to enhance accuracy. You will also deploy automation solutions and AI workflows to streamline tasks such as data consolidation and variance analysis. A key aspect of the role involves driving change management, enabling adoption of new tools, and providing hands-on training across the finance team.
