Monitor business performance across multiple sales channels, delivering actionable analysis on revenue, profitability, and operating expenses. Drive monthly business reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve financial and operational performance. Evaluate investment proposals and business cases, providing financial analysis and recommendations to support growth initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, improve planning processes, and enhance decision-making capabilities. Support management reporting, financial modeling, and performance tracking to drive continuous business improvement. 理想的求职者 A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, preferably within retail, consumer goods. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with BI tools is highly preferred.
