职责描述

Preparing analytical and management reports to support business performance reviews
Calculating and analyzing production/manufacturing cost (COGS) for jade and jewelry products
Conducting sales analytics, identifying trends, margins, and growth opportunities
Performing market analysis, including pricing trends, competitor benchmarking, and demand dynamics in the jade/jewelry market
Building and maintaining financial models and reporting dashboards
Ensuring financial reporting aligns with IFRS standards
Working with ERP systems, BI tools, and databases to extract, consolidate, and analyze financial data
Partnering with operations, production, and sales teams to improve cost transparency and reporting accuracy

理想的求职者

A successful candidate should have:

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the jade industry; experience in the jewelry industry will also be considered
Strong working knowledge of IFRS
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, BI platforms, and databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Ready to relocate to UAE
