Job Description Maintain and update master data (e.g., vendor, customer, project, chart of accounts) to ensure accuracy and completeness Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to improve overall data quality Support the design and implementation of process control enhancements, especially across key finance processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, project accounting) Assist in establishing standardized data governance and maintenance procedures Support ERP-related activities, including data preparation, migration, and process alignment Monitor and track execution of process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery Work closely with finance, procurement, and IT teams to ensure consistent data and process practices The Successful Applicant Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field 5 years of experience in finance operations, data management, or process improvement Experience with ERP systems or system implementation projects is preferred Technical Skills Solid experience in master data management and data validation Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee, SAP, or equivalent) Strong Excel skills (data handling, reconciliation, analysis) Core Competencies Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Structured thinking with ability to support process design and control improvement Good Communication Skills And Ability To Work Across Functions What's on Offer Competitive monthly salary Chance to develop your expertise in financial master data management.
