职责描述

The Director of Finance & IT - China is responsible for managing all finance functions for the China-based support organization of a U.S.-headquartered company. This role ensures alignment with global finance strategy while complying with PRC statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. The role leads the financial planning, reporting, and compliance of the organization. Further, the position supports supply chain operations, while also overseeing key IT systems that enable business and financial processes.

A successful Finance Controller should have:

B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting from a 4-year college or university
US CPA or China CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred
Progressive finance experience of 10+ years' working in a multinational organization
Minimum 5+ years of finance leadership experience, working with executive leadership
Strong understanding of US GAAP, PRC GAAP, tax regulations, and regulatory environment
Individual should be able to communicate effectively in English at all levels of an organization (both written and spoken)
Proactive leadership characteristics and strong stakeholder management skills
Proactive in finding answers and recommending solutions
Proven ability to work in a cross-cultural, matrixed organization
