职责描述

Finance Digital Transformation

Assess the current Excel-driven finance management processes and recommend digitalization initiatives.
Consolidate fragmented data sources into an integrated, traceable, and scalable management framework.
Support the development of financial analytics platforms, management dashboards, and visualization tools.
Explore and implement emerging digital solutions, including AI-powered analytics, automation tools, and intelligent finance applications.

Forecasting & Management Reporting Enhancement

Enhance the existing rolling forecast model and related management reporting processes.
Develop more efficient forecasting and performance analysis methodologies.
Enable real-time monitoring of business performance and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Strengthen the finance team's capabilities in supporting business insights and operational performance analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Finance, Sales, and other business functions to develop a deep understanding of operational drivers and business needs.
Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for management.
Drive the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives and promote user adoption across the organization.

理想的求职者

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, or Finance Transformation within multinational companies.
Proven experience in financial data management, governance, reporting optimization, and digital finance transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of financial planning, rolling forecasting, management reporting, and KPI performance management.
Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAC, or similar platforms.
Experience in driving automation, process improvement, and data standardization projects across finance and business functions.
Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, digital finance tools, or intelligent automation solutions is highly desirable.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to commercial and operational performance.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Analytical, proactive, and capable of translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Fluent English communication skills, with experience working in an international and matrix organization preferred.
