We are seeking a skilled Finance Transformation Consultant to join. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in accounting and finance to drive transformation projects and deliver impactful results.

职责描述

- 与财务分析和业务部门协作，梳理财务报表和KPI（如销售毛利分析、库存周转、营销费用等）。

- 设计报表流程方案，分地区/渠道/产品的销售表现、供应链成本和费用、marketing活动等。

- 主导财务数据清洗与标准化，确保多系统数据一致。

- 支持IT 和供应商 开发报表系统，提升效率

- 搭建业务和管理层需要的BI dashboard。为团队提供相应的培训

理想的求职者

-5年以上财务数据分析或财务系统/BI项目经验，消费品/零售行业背景优先。

-熟悉BI/Tableau, excel 建模，SAP。

- 中英文熟练协调与技术和非技术部门之间的沟通和信息传达。
