Foster trustworthy and value-oriented relationships with business representatives spanning various local legal entities and processes to foster effective communication and a profound understanding of business drivers.2. Contribute value to support business strategy execution, aligning financial control and tax compliance with business objectives.3. Implement and maintain appropriate policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company's assets.4. Ensure that all company's staff clearly identify and address compliance requirements.5. Continuously monitor and enhance the company China Operation's control environment, emphasising analytically rigour, financial control, robust compliance, and an integrity-driven culture.6. Maintain a consistent costing methodology across company China Operation.7. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, both externally (e.g., external auditors, local laws and regulations) and internally. 理想的求职者 1. Prefer bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance & Accounting.2. Minimum 10-15 years of business finance experience is required (manufacturing industry is a plus)3. Minimum 3~5 years in leadership position.4. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. English language is mandatory.5. Ability to work in a multi-cultural/multi-national organization and be willing to travel domestically and internationallyas needed.6. Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.7. Experience with organization transformation8. Strong IFRS know ledge. Working know ledge of relevant intermediate concepts of finance and accounting.9.
