Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, both externally (e.g., external auditors, local laws and regulations) and internally. The Successful Applicant 1. Prefer bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance & Accounting.2. Minimum 10-15 years of business finance experience is required (manufacturing industry is a plus)3. Minimum 3~5 years in leadership position.4. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. English language is mandatory.5. Ability to work in a multi-cultural/multi-national organization and be willing to travel domestically and internationallyas needed.6. Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.7. Experience with organization transformation8. Strong IFRS know ledge. Working know ledge of relevant intermediate concepts of finance and accounting.9. Complete and prioritise work independently.
