职责描述

Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlook processes
Develop detailed finance models and variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
Provide actionable insights on cost drivers, spending trends, and opportunities for optimization
Serve as a trusted finance partner to different functions
Support business case evaluations (ROI, investment analysis, resource allocation)
Drive financial discipline and cost control mindset across the organization
Prepare monthly management reporting packages, highlighting key variances and risks/opportunities
Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with financial targets
Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency (e.g., automation, dashboards)
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial controls
Support system implementation or optimization

理想的求职者

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3-5+ years of FP&A experience
Experience in healthcare, pharma, medtech, or FMCG preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Fluent in English and Mandarin
