Partner with engineering and hardware teams during new product introduction to influence component selection and supply resilience Collaborate with quality teams to ensure supplier compliance with required standards and processes Align with planning and operations on demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and production requirements Lead senior‑level supplier reviews and drive continuous improvement across quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness Establish long‑term supplier partnerships through frameworks such as long‑term agreements, vendor‑managed inventory, and consignment models 理想的求职者 A successful Procurement Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related discipline Extensive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with deep exposure to electronic components and semiconductors Strong understanding of the semiconductor value chain, including foundry, assembly, test, and distribution Proven experience navigating supply shortages, allocation challenges, and pricing volatility Established supplier network across Asia; broader global exposure is advantageous Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex commercial agreements Fluent English communication skills; Mandarin capability is highly preferred Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders Willingness to travel internationally as required 薪酬待遇 Competitive annual salary ranging from CNY 540,000 to CNY 660,000.
