Job Description As the Executive for the second growth curve, you will be responsible for: Defining and implementing the overall strategy, portfolio and operating model for the new growth platform Integrating global business expansion with strategic investments and incubation Turning the company's existing industrial strengths into new, scalable business engines at home and abroad You will report directly to the Board and work in close alignment with the senior executive in charge of domestic resources and coordination. The Successful Applicant Experience & Background Significant experience in large MNC industrial groups of comparable scale and complexity (for example: Alfa Laval, SPX FLOW, Flowserve, GE, Siemens, Emerson, Honeywell or similar). Deep understanding of the China market, combined with global business experience (multi-region or multi-country responsibility). Overseas Chinese or long-term China exposure is strongly preferred. Profiles from major Chinese industrial groups (e.g. CNPC, Sinopec and peers) are also welcome, especially with strong China market insight and some international exposure. Seniority Currently at Senior / Director+ level or equivalent. Has acted as regional or multi-country head, or similar, with responsibility for: P&L, and/or Investments/M&A/incubation, and/or Post-merger integration or major strategic initiatives. Capabilities Strong commercial acumen and global perspective on industrial and business evolution. Cross-cultural management skills and the ability to work across China and international teams. Sound judgment on business and technology, and proven experience in integration and ecosystem collaboration. Able to communicate and work effectively with a Board of Directors in a complex environment. Language & Mobility Fluent in both Mandarin and English, capable of handling senior negotiations and due diligence discussions. Willing to travel internationally when required.
