Job Description

  1. Executive & Team Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to investment professionals, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-ups
  1. Strategic & Analytical Support
  • Assist in preparing presentations, investment memos, and briefing materials
  • Support light research and analysis for investment projects and portfolio companies
  • Help synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, structured outputs
  1. Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a key communication bridge between internal teams, portfolio companies, and external partners
  • Draft and proofread professional correspondence and documents
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
  1. Operational Excellence
  • Streamline team workflows and improve efficiency in daily operations
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and data tracking

The Successful Applicant

Background & Experience

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance environments is essential



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
