Drive scale-up, process optimization, and manufacturing transfer to ensure stable mass production. Evaluate and introduce new ingredients, technologies, and supplier solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and product quality standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing R&D organization while strengthening technical capabilities and innovation culture. Resolve complex formulation, production, and quality challenges to support business growth and operational excellence. 理想的求职者 Master's degree or above in Cosmetic Science, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. 15+ years of cosmetics or personal care R&D experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within an OEM/ODM environment. Strong expertise in cosmetic formulations, ingredient technologies, scale-up, and manufacturing processes. Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, product registration, and quality standards. Proven success in customer-facing technical projects and customized product development. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent English with the ability to review technical literature and communicate in an international business environment.
