Resolve complex formulation, production, and quality challenges to support business growth and operational excellence. The Successful Applicant Master's degree or above in Cosmetic Science, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. 15+ years of cosmetics or personal care R&D experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within an OEM/ODM environment. Strong expertise in cosmetic formulations, ingredient technologies, scale-up, and manufacturing processes. Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, product registration, and quality standards. Proven success in customer-facing technical projects and customized product development. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent English with the ability to review technical literature and communicate in an international business environment.
