Job Description Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of digital solutions supporting commercial sales (i.e., TPM, SFA, POS/DMS, OMS, Customer Portal). Interpret business needs and commercial pain points into scalable digital workflows and system solutions. Identify opportunities to embed AI Lead into commercial processes, i.e., sales forecasting and order automation, distributor performance analytics, customer segmentation and targeting, sales opportunity recommendation. Collaborate with the Data team to develop AI-driven insights and automation, to ensure analytics and reporting are embedded in solutions. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: 5+ years experience in digital solution design, implementation, or product management, ideally in FMCG or fast-moving commercial environments. Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, and distributor management. Hands-on experience with digital sales solution (i.e., SFA, TPM, DMS/POS, Distributor Portal), analytics tools, and digital workflows. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
