Define, govern, and continuously evolve the commercial technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with global and regional capability strategies while enabling fit-for-purpose local solutions where appropriate. Represent affiliate and market needs in regional and global capability forums, influencing enterprise roadmap priorities and ensuring local requirements are effectively reflected and addressed. Build and maintain strong partnerships with regional capability teams, cross-market technology leadership, shared services teams, and external partners to drive alignment, reuse, and efficient delivery. 理想的求职者 8-10+ years of experience in technology, digital, or consulting roles within commercial, marketing, or sales domains. Demonstrated experience in technology strategy, portfolio management, and product‑oriented delivery in a matrix environment.
