The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, with a focus on supply chain or demand planning. Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field within the semiconductor or electronics industry. Proven ability to develop and implement effective demand forecasting models and strategies. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, and ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and make quick, informed decisions.
