With a strong international presence and a commitment to innovation. 职责描述 1.Portfolio Strategy Development:Analyze China market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to define portfolio priorities.Develop and implement a long-term portfolio strategy aligned with global guidelines and local business objectives.2.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with global portfolio and R&D teams to influence product selection and new product development for China.Partner with China commercial teams (Retail, E-commerce, Veterinary, Breeder channels) to ensure successful portfolio deployment.3.Innovation & Localization:Identify gaps and opportunities in the current product offering.Drive localization or innovation projects to meet specific needs of Chinese consumers and pets.4.Governance & Performance:Establish portfolio governance processes and KPIs to monitor performance and ensure strategic alignment. 理想的求职者 1.Bchelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or related scientific discipline preferred.2.Minimum 8+ years in Portfolio Strategy, Product Management, or Category Management within FMCG, Petcare, or Nutrition industries.3.Proven track record of developing and executing portfolio strategies in complex, matrix organizations.4.Scientific understanding of nutrition or pet food industry.5.Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.6.Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (written and spoken).7.Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and local stakeholders. 薪酬待遇 Competitive salary.
