Job Description

  • Lead the HR agenda for the region, covering both manufacturing sites and commercial teams.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to develop people strategies aligned to business growth.
  • Oversee HRBP teams, talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement.
  • Manage workforce planning and support both blue‑collar and white‑collar populations.
  • Optimise HR processes, strengthen governance, and support transformation initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Collaborate with global HR functions to ensure local execution aligns with global frameworks.
  • Lead HR communication, change management, and culture‑building programs.



The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15+ years of HR experience in multinational companies.
  • Solid background in large manufacturing environments (5,000+ workforce preferred).
  • Experience managing both plant HR and commercial HR scopes.
  • Strong business partnership capability and confidence influencing senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in organisational development, talent programs, and culture initiatives.
  • Ability to operate in matrix organisations and collaborate across global/regional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
