Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
  • Manage internal audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial operations.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting systems or tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful accounting & finance professional should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
