Business & Commercial Leadership Own and execute the China business strategy in alignment with global leadership. Supervise BD and sales management activities while maintaining strong margin control in a price‑sensitive market. Act as the senior commercial and operational representative of the company in China. 2. Operational Excellence Take full accountabilityforend‑to‑end operations, including: Procurement Warehousing & inventory Service delivery & port execution Drive continuous improvement in: Process efficiency Reliability and error reduction Cross‑functional execution Manage operational risk in fast‑moving, time‑critical port environments. 3. Cost Control & Financial Discipline Lead budgeting, forecasting, and full financial performance. Identify and implement structural cost‑saving initiatives across sourcing, logistics, inventory, and organization. Strengthen cash flow management, working capital discipline, and profitability.
