职责描述

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy tailored to the Chinese market.
  • Manager a team of 230 sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Manage a €70 million business portfolio, ensuring targets are met or exceeded through effective sales strategies and operational excellence.
  • Focus on growing the business through dealer and key account management, fostering long-term partnerships with both.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Drive change and innovation within the team and organization, ensuring adaptability and competitiveness in a dynamic market.

理想的求职者

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within the 2B industrial or project-based construction material sector.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • A strong hunter mindset, with a track record of securing large deals and expanding client bases.
  • Exceptional management skills, capable of inspiring, mentoring, and motivating a large team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Ability to drive change and manage transformational initiatives, overcoming obstacles and leveraging opportunities effectively.
  • Energetic, and passionate about managing in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in 2B industrial business, with deep expertise in key account management and dealer channel strategies.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
