职责描述

Serve as the key finance business partner to commercial leaders, providing insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance review processes for commercial functions.
Analyze sales performance, pricing dynamics and profitability drivers to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
Support tender, reimbursement and pricing initiatives by evaluating financial implications and scenario outcomes.
Develop business cases and investment analyses to support commercial initiatives and resource allocation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business planning, KPI management and continuous performance improvement.

理想的求职者

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering within a multinational healthcare or medical device company.
Strong understanding of commercial finance processes, including forecasting, pricing, profitability and business performance management.
Exposure to volume-based procurement (VBP) and tender-driven business environments is highly preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering directly with commercial leadership teams.
