Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities; pivot strategies as needed. Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, key accounts, and strategic partners. Negotiate and close high-value deals while mentoring sales teams. Deliver periodic sales reports (volume, pipeline, expansion opportunities) and training programs. 理想的求职者 Education: BA required; MBA preferred.Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership (100M+ revenue responsibility) in industrial sector. Knowledge of welding solutions Proven success in multi-product/channel environments (industrial sectors preferred), business development and Key account management.
