Our client is a well-established international organization with a strong presence in China, known for its high standards of operational excellence, governance, and stakeholder collaboration. They are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Head to drive strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and contract management across a diverse range of spend categories.

职责描述

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, service quality, and supplier performance.
  • Drive sourcing activities across indirect categories including contract services, facilities management, and IT.
  • Establish and monitor procurement KPIs, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee vendor selection, evaluation, and contract renewal processes.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and secure favorable contractual terms.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support operational and project requirements.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing procurement team.

理想的求职者

A successful 'Procurement Director' should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, contract management, or operational leadership experience.
  • Strong background in indirect procurement and supplier management.
  • Proven contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional and multinational stakeholders.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
  • Experience in facilities management, construction projects, or complex service procurement is highly preferred.
