作为中国管理团队成员，为高级管理层提供法律、合规、治理及声誉风险方面的战略建议；

领导中国大陆及香港地区的法务与合规职能，包括商业运营、商务合作、公司治理、竞争法、劳动法及争议解决等领域；

建立并持续优化企业合规体系，覆盖反商业贿赂与腐败、市场推广合规、第三方风险管理及监管要求；

主导重大项目、复杂交易及战略合作的法律风险评估与管理；

与全球法务及合规团队协同合作，推动全球政策和治理标准在中国市场的落地；

管理并发展中国法务与合规团队，打造高绩效组织并推动数字化及流程优化。Provide strategic legal, compliance and governance advice to senior management and business leaders;

Manage Legal & Compliance activities across Greater China, covering commercial operations, corporate governance, employment law, competition law and dispute management;

Drive and continuously enhance the compliance framework, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption, promotional compliance, third-party risk management and regulatory oversight;

Manage legal risk assessment and mitigation for complex business initiatives, strategic partnerships and commercial transactions;

Partner closely with Global Legal & Compliance teams to ensure alignment with global standards and local business needs;

Develop and manage a high-performing Legal & Compliance team while driving operational excellence and functional transformation.
