Our client is an international consumer products company with operations across multiple markets worldwide. As the China business continues to evolve and grow, the company is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to strengthen financial governance and business partnering capabilities.

职责描述

Reporting to the global finance leadership team and partnering closely with the China management team, key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the overall finance agenda for the China business
Managing budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes to support business planning and decision-making
Ensuring robust financial governance, reporting integrity and compliance standards across the organization
Providing financial insights and performance analysis to support profitable and sustainable business growth
Monitoring key business drivers, profitability and operational performance
Partnering with local management and global stakeholders on business initiatives and strategic projects
Driving continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting and performance management frameworks

理想的求职者

Solid finance experience within multinational companies, ideally with a strong consumer background
Strong foundation in controlling, financial reporting and performance management, with the ability to oversee a broad finance agenda
Good understanding of both business operations and finance governance
Strong cross-cultural exposure, with a proven track record of partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders in an international matrix environment
Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
