Manage project budgets and ensure financial control and cost-efficiency. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress. Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify risks and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Lead project teams and manage subcontractors. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale industrial projects, including at least one project with an investment scale of 300 million RMB or above. Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on chemical plants or related industries. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Familiarity with project management tools and software.
