Job Description The RoleThis role is not a traditional operations COO.Instead, we are looking for a hybrid profile who combines: Strategic thinking BD & partnering experience Understanding of drug development and pharma dynamics You will act as a key thought partner to the CEO and founding team, helping translate platform capability into assets, partnerships, and company value.Key Responsibilities Drive corporate strategy and pipeline positioning in alignment with platform capabilities Lead or co-lead business development and partnership initiatives (pharma collaborations, licensing, co-development) Support fundraising, investor communication, and due diligence processes Identify and prioritize high-value indications and programs (Onco / Autoimmune, etc.) Help design go-to-market strategy for platform and assets Bridge internal teams across AI / biology / translational / external stakeholders Build external visibility and strategic relationships across pharma and biotech ecosystem The Successful Applicant Former pharma commercial / strategy / BD profile(Director-VP level+) Experience in global pharma (US/EU exposure preferred) Transitioned into investment (e.g., USD fund ED / Principal) or AI biotech Strong understanding of: How drugs are positioned and differentiated What pharma partners look for How deals get done What's on Offer Work alongside a globally recognized scientific founder, with proven track record in AI-designed biologics Ability to shape multiple assets and partnerships, not just a single pipeline Built on next-wave generative technology (beyond earlier AI drug discovery models) Looking for a rare hybrid profile who understands how drugs are built, positioned, and partnered - and can help translate a cutting-edge AI platform into real-world assets and deals.
