Job Description

  • Lead the design of compensation & benefits frameworks across multiple regions
  • Partner directly with senior leadership and influence key talent & business decisions
  • Drive job grading, benchmarking, incentive design, and cost modeling across markets
  • Join a company in a fast-evolving sector with complex global operations and strong momentum
  • Design and implement group-level compensation & benefits frameworks
  • Lead job evaluation, benchmarking, and cost analysis
  • Support global expansion through localized C&B design across countries
  • Drive annual compensation reviews, bonus structures, and LTIP programs
  • Ensure compliance across global jurisdictions (labor law, tax, etc.)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership with data-driven insights

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years in Compensation & Benefits, with system-building experience
  • Background from consulting firms (Mercer / WTW / Aon / Big4) is a strong plus
  • Experience in large, complex or global organizations
  • Exposure to international markets / global expansion preferred
  • Strong analytical and modeling capabilities
  • Fluent English for global communication
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and think strategically
