保存工作 返回搜索结果 职责描述 职位概要 类似职位 growing business with AI innovation covering finance bp + fp&a 关于我们的客户 Our client is is a biotechnology company dedicated to accelerating innovation in drug discovery and development. 职责描述 Act as a trusted finance partner to R&D and other business functions, providing insights to support strategic and operational decisions Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities Perform financial analysis and KPI tracking, including variance analysis and actionable recommendations to management Support pipeline projects, clinical development, and strategic initiatives through robust financial modeling and scenario analysis Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities Collaborate with senior leadership on investor-related activities, including financial analysis, presentations, and support for fundraising or strategic transactions Drive process improvement and digital transformation in financial planning and reporting (e.g., automation, BI tools) Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, supporting audits as needed 理想的求职者 * Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.* Minimum 8 years of progressive FP&A or financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.* Prior experience in a listed pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare company is strongly preferred.* Proven track record of supporting R&D, clinical development, and/or product commercialization from a finance perspective.* Solid understanding of financial reporting, HKEX disclosure, and capital market requirements.* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; capable of interacting effectively with C-suite executives, Board members, and external stakeholders.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* High integrity, strong business acumen, and a results-driven mindset 薪酬待遇 Competitive annual salary ranging from CNY 500,000 to CNY 600,000.
