Job Description Identify and develop new business opportunities among high-growth companies, particularly within the Technology, AI, Internet, Consumer Technology, and related sectors.Build relationships with key decision-makers at pre-IPO and listed companies.Drive the full business development cycle, including lead generation, client outreach, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.Understand clients' capital markets communication needs and position suitable advisory solutions.Partner closely with internal consulting teams to deliver tailored investor relations and financial communications services.Maintain and grow long-term client relationships while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Monitor capital market trends, IPO activities, and industry developments to identify prospective clients. The Successful Applicant Experience in Business Development, or Finance, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Financial PR, Consulting, Media, Corporate Services, or related industries.Exposure to technology, AI, software, internet, consumer technology, or innovative growth-stage companies is highly preferred.Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation skills.Ability to engage senior executives and business leaders.Candidates with limited experience but a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in capital markets and investor relations are also encouraged to apply.Fluent English is required.
