Identify, evaluate, and engage potential strategic partners globally, driving collaboration discussions from initiation through deal execution. Lead and support business development transactions, including opportunity assessment, partner outreach, negotiations, due diligence, term sheet development, contract drafting, and deal closure. Perform commercial assessments and asset valuations to support licensing, partnership, and investment decisions. Analyze competitive landscapes, market opportunities, and strategic positioning to inform business decisions. Assess and manage transaction-related risks while protecting the company's strategic and financial interests. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical development, legal, finance, and executive management. Represent the company at industry conferences, partnering events, and investor-facing activities to strengthen market visibility and identify new opportunities. 理想的求职者 Significant experience in Business Development within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or innovative drug development sector. Strong network and industry relationships across biotech, pharmaceutical, and investment communities. Deep understanding of licensing transactions, strategic collaborations, co-development partnerships, and asset commercialization. Proven experience in asset valuation and commercial assessment of innovative therapeutics. Strong knowledge of drug development, lifecycle management, competitive intelligence, due diligence, negotiation, and contract management. Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
