Assistant manufacturing controller Manager

A successful Finance Controller should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a professional setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting or financial management related
• 8+ years' progressive experience in finance field
• 3+ years' experience of supervisor role Experience of Big 4 or manufacturing cost management is preferred
• CPA or ACCA or CMA is preferred

Required Skills:

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and processes
• Be familiar with manufacture cost management and plant operation
• Good analytical skill with business insight and influence
• Ability to lead and motivate team
• Good communication skills and ability to work across functions
• Ability to communicate in both Chinese &English fluently and effectively
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills are required

Desired Skills:

• Digital skill on Power Bl, Power App, Python,ChatGPT etc. plus
• Experience with SAP/ERP is preferred.
