As part of its ongoing transformation and succession planning strategy, the business is seeking a commercially focused HR capable of driving organizational effectiveness, strengthening leadership capability, and enhancing regional HR operations.

This is a strategically important position that offers extensive exposure to senior management and global stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping workforce strategy, supporting business expansion, and building a high-performing organization across multiple sites.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, workforce planning, restructuring projects, and change management activities.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and support continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Oversee employee handbook management, HR governance, and employment risk mitigation programs.
  • Design, implement, and optimize executive performance management frameworks, including KPI and OKR processes.
  • Provide objective analysis and recommendations on leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop local HR teams while driving the transition towards a stronger HR Business Partner model.
  • Manage talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development for key functions including engineering, R&D, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of corporate culture, people practices, and compliance standards.
  • Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
  • Lead the resolution of complex employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances, and labor disputes.
  • Act as the key HR liaison between regional operations, senior leadership, and global headquarters.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • More than 10 years of progressive HR management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of regional HR leadership experience overseeing multiple sites within a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Experience within electronics, industrial manufacturing, electromechanical, engineering, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record in organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and HR transformation.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters, organizational restructuring, compliance audits, and change management projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and matrix leadership capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and prepare senior-level business reports.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across manufacturing facilities in the region.
