The company is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to strengthen regional financial planning, reporting, and business partnering capabilities. 职责描述 Coordinate and manage annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business review processes across the APAC region. Lead monthly business review activities with country finance and business teams, ensuring timely and accurate financial analysis. Prepare management presentations, financial reports, performance reviews, and executive-level analysis for regional leadership. Monitor key business performance indicators and track financial impact of operational improvement initiatives. Support the development and execution of multi-year strategic plans for designated APAC markets. Review capital expenditure and business investment proposals, including return analysis and approval documentation. Partner with regional and global stakeholders on investment assessment and presentation materials for senior management review. Support integration of newly acquired entities into regional financial reporting and planning processes. Drive consistency in financial processes, reporting standards, and governance across APAC countries. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience within multinational organisations, ideally covering regional FP&A, financial analysis, or reporting. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, business performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and management recommendations. Advanced presentation and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English. Experience with ERP systems; Oracle exposure is advantageous. Manufacturing sector experience is preferred but not essential. Demonstrates ownership, problem-solving capability, organisational skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple locations.
