Job Description Lead regional SAP/ERP transformation initiatives, driving process standardization and business alignment across multiple markets. Own the end-to-end O2C (Order-to-Cash) workstream, from solution design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization. Drive the implementation of project-based business management capabilities within the ERP landscape. Ensure seamless integration across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance functions. Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align business requirements with enterprise standards and target operating models. Lead testing, data migration, user training, change management and business adoption activities. Manage cross-functional teams, key users, external consultants and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
