AP Accountant role to support oversea market brand operations. 关于我们的客户 Our client is an international organisation operating in the retail industry with strong brand awareness. 职责描述 Process and verify expense, supplier, and production invoices, ensuring accurate accounting entries.Manage vendor payments, supplier queries, and intercompany transactions.Create and maintain vendor and item master data.Reconcile sales receipts with bank transactions and post Shopify/PayPal transactions.Support month-end closing activities, including fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.Assist with annual statutory audits and audit documentation.Perform ad hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Financial Supervisor. 理想的求职者 A successful candidate should have: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes; willingness to learn Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and basic analysis. Good written and reading skills in English, including the ability to understand invoices, contracts, and business correspondence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Fast learner with good communication and teamwork abilities. Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently Intermediate accounting certification is an advantage. 薪酬待遇 Annual salary between 169,000 CNY and 195,000 CNY. Potential bonus of 0-2 months.
