Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization's AI transformation strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
Partner with business leaders to evaluate current processes, identify opportunities, and prioritize AI initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Lead AI-related transformation programs from opportunity assessment through implementation and value realization.
Establish and manage AI PMO processes, including project prioritization, resource coordination, stakeholder alignment, risk management, timeline tracking, and performance measurement.
Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement AI solutions that enhance content operations, customer engagement, digital experiences, marketing effectiveness, partnership development, and business operations.
Drive adoption of enterprise AI productivity platforms and intelligent workplace solutions, including generative AI and digital collaboration tools.
Work closely with technology teams, external partners, and solution providers to evaluate and deploy AI-enabled platforms and SaaS solutions.
Build frameworks to assess AI use cases, define success metrics, and measure business outcomes.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption across the organization.
Monitor developments in AI, digital platforms, creator ecosystems, social media, and emerging technologies, translating market trends into actionable business opportunities.
Educate and influence senior stakeholders on AI opportunities, risks, and practices.
Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and transformation updates for leadership teams.

理想的求职者

A successful Ai Transformation Director should have:

- Bachelor's degree or above; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, business transformation, strategy, innovation, consulting, product management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience complex cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI-powered productivity tools, automation technologies, and enterprise transformation practices.
- Proven ability to identify business challenges and convert them into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience driving organizational change and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Strong program management and PMO capabilities, with experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital ecosystems, and modern workplace technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
