Product Strategy and Roadmap Management

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the AI Engine platform, driving the evolution of enterprise AI capabilities.
Identify, define, and continuously enhance core platform capabilities to establish a unified AI application ecosystem.
Develop platform evolution plans aligned with business priorities, user needs, and emerging AI technology trends.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management

Lead the modularization, platformization, and scalable reuse of Generative AI, Agent development, and Small Language Model capabilities.
Manage outsourced development teams to deliver platform implementation, releases, and continuous enhancements.
Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring effective end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through deployment and operations.
Establish Agile development practices and continuous delivery mechanisms to ensure platform quality, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

AI Platform Capability Building

Drive the adoption and implementation of advanced AI technologies, including LLMs, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Develop reusable AI components, frameworks, and Agent templates to accelerate solution development.
Enable rapid AI application development and large-scale replication across business functions.
Evaluate and introduce emerging AI technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.
Define platform architecture standards, governance frameworks, and practices

A successful AI Technical Lead should have:

Proficiency in AI and machine learning concepts, frameworks, and tools.
Strong experience in designing and deploying AI solutions in a professional setting.
Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and results.
Relevant educational qualifications in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
