Job Description Act as Principal Architect for AI and data platforms across the organization, defining end‑to‑end architecture covering data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and AI/ML solutions. Own and evolve enterprise‑level AI & Data Architecture Roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategy, global fintech initiatives, and regulatory expectations within financial services. Design and govern architectures for large‑scale AI use cases, including but not limited to intelligent analytics, risk & fraud detection, personalization, decision automation, and generative AI applications. Define architectural standards, reference architectures, and practices across data platforms, AI platforms, and integration layers. Ensure architectures meet non‑functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, resilience, compliance, and cost efficiency. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior architects and engineering teams across regions. The Successful Applicant A successful AI & Data Architect should have: Extensive experience as a Principal Architect / Lead Architect within a large, complex organization, preferably in financial services or fintech. Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise‑scale AI and data platforms, supporting high‑volume, mission‑critical systems. Strong understanding of modern data architectures (e.g. data lakes, lakehouse, streaming, real‑time analytics) and AI/ML platforms. Hands‑on experience bridging AI engineering, data engineering, and enterprise architecture, rather than isolated model or analytics work. Deep exposure to global, multi‑region system landscapes and complex stakeholder environments.
