Headquartered in Shanghai, the company operates on a large scale, delivering cutting-edge digital services to a diverse client base. 职责描述 About the OpportunityWe are partnering with an e-commerce solutions provider that is building its next-generation AI-driven commercial capability.This role sits at the center of that transformation-working directly with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to define how AI can truly reshape business outcomes for brands.This is not a typical "AI role" nor a pure "strategy role."It is a rare hybrid position combining business strategy, AI application, and client-facing commercial execution.What You'll Be Driving End-to-End AI Commercial Solutions Translate client business goals (growth, efficiency, profitability) into AI-powered, end-to-end solutions Integrate AI into the full e-commerce value chain: Content & AIGC, Traffic & media optimization. Product strategy. CRM / user operations. Supply chain Build replicable solution frameworks across industries and clients Client-Facing Strategy &Commercialization Engage directly with key accounts and enterprise clients (including global brands) Articulate AI value in business terms (ROI, growth impact, efficiency gains) Deliver high-quality proposal presentations (English required for certain clients) Cross-Functional Execution & Delivery Work closely with internal AI, data, and architecture teams Translate strategy into scalable, standardized, and deployable solutions Ensure execution aligns with commercial objectives (not just conceptual output) Innovation in AI + Commerce Continuously explore cutting-edge AI applications (AIGC, agents, automation, etc.) Drive evolution from efficiency improvement → business growth enablement Help define the company's long-term AI commercialization roadmap 理想的求职者 A successful applyer should have: Commercial Acumen Ability to break down business problems into actionable growth levers.
